End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs use of the AR Collections Dashboard (the “Application”), an internal tool operated by PuroClean Kelowna.
1. Who may use it
The Application is private. It is licensed solely to PuroClean Kelowna and made available only to its own employees and authorised contractors. It is not offered, sold, or distributed to the public, and no third party is granted a right to use it.
2. What it does
The Application reads accounts receivable information from PuroClean Kelowna’s own QuickBooks Online company file in order to show which customer invoices are outstanding, and to help staff prepare and send collection emails. A person reviews and sends every message; the Application does not send anything on its own.
3. What it does not do
- It does not write to, alter, or delete anything in QuickBooks Online. Its QuickBooks access is read-only.
- It does not process payments and does not handle payment card data.
- It does not share data with any third party for advertising or resale.
4. Acceptable use
Authorised users must not attempt to circumvent access controls, extract data for purposes unrelated to PuroClean Kelowna’s collections work, or disclose customer information to anyone outside the company without authorisation.
5. No warranty
The Application is provided “as is” for internal operational use. PuroClean Kelowna makes no warranty of any kind regarding it, and the figures it displays do not replace PuroClean Kelowna’s accounting records of record.
6. Termination
PuroClean Kelowna may withdraw access at any time. Disconnecting the Application from QuickBooks Online ends its access immediately.
